How much do the prints weigh?

Each print weighs approximately 150 grams.

What is Block Mounting?

Block mounting is a modern way to mount your children’s artwork, it’s sturdy, looks smooth, clean and professional and is ready to hang.

Block mounting or art mounting – is a process which seals high quality prints onto wooden backing boards. Block mounts are a popular alternative to framing and can be used to mount any type of printed paper.

As a result of blockmounting, your print sit's vitually flush to the wall thanks to the thin wooden boards we use for block mounts. A block mount ensures the presentation of your print is clear, smooth and strong.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on our stock quantities delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 working days. It is our aim to get them to you within 5 working days, however sometimes this is just not possible.

How do the prints hang on the wall?

We use 3M command strips to mount the pieces on the wall. Each print comes with 3M strips on the back. Instructions for using the strips are sent in the package. You can also view the instructions by clicking here.

Payments, Shipping and Returns

Do I have to use PayPal to make payment?

Currently we only receive online payments via Paypal. You can make your payments in Paypal via credit card or bank transfer.

Do you take Credit Card?

Yes. We accept Mastercard and Visa payments via Paypal.

I don't have a credit card. How else can I pay?

You can pay via bank transfer using Paypal. If you have issues with online payments, you can contact us via telephone on and arrange an alternative payment.

Are there shipping charges?

Unless stated otherwise, yes. The total cost of shipping is displayed in the shopping cart before procedding to the payment section.

What happens if I'm not happy with the product I receive?

We only offer returns in the case of:

• incorrect order received by you
• faulty products
• damage caused by product defect and not by improper care

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. We send all packages via Australia Post

Do you ship outside Australia?

We currently only cater to Australian customers. We hope to commence shipping to the USA and UK in coming months.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Your order is normally shipped within 2-3 working days and you will be notified of shipping via email.

What if my order hasn't arrived after 14 working days?

If your order has not arrived after 14 working days please notify us immediately.
